1) Upload all mood theme images to your own server. 2) Go to the admin console {http://www.livejournal.com/admin/console/}. 3) In the text area, type in: moodtheme_create "name of the mood theme" "very short description" Then click 'execute'. 4) You should see a message that reads: 'Success. Your new moodthemeid=xxxxxx'. The xxxxx's will be a number. Copy/take note of it and do NOT close the window. 6) Open the file that reads 'mood_codes.txt'. Using the 'Replace' option in NotePad, change the ‘code’ in the file to the number (the xxxxxx's) that LJ admin console gave you. Just click Ctrl+H and type 'code' in the 'Find what:' box, and type the number (xxxxxx) in the 'Replace with:' box. Then click 'Replace All'. Do the same with the url, replace 'http://www.livejournal.com/' to where you hosted the images. Example, 'Find what: http://www.livejournal.com/', 'Replace with: http://s69.photobucket.com/albums/i73/lovelyinherbones/mood%20theme2/'. Click 'Replace All'. Also, do the same for the sizes, the '92 52' at the end of each code is actually the width and height of each image, so again, 'Find what: 92 52', 'Replace with: 100 50' (or whatever the size is). Click 'Replace All'. 7) After all that, paste the entire edited codes into the admin console window (the one you left open, remember?). Then click, 'execute'. You should see a page with 'Data inserted for theme #xxxxxx, mood #xx' below each accepted code. 8) Go to the 'Customize Your Theme' page {http://www.livejournal.com/customize/options.bml}, then use the drop down to look for your new mood theme. Click 'Save Changes', then it's done! :)
